Personal books bookbinding

I spent a couple of days thinking about these covers. I tried different materials to dress a book diary, but I didn't want images that will remind only oft books. Too obvioust. I wanted images that spoke about quiet places in our head.

Those places where a book can lead us.

In the front cover some motifs about rivers, wings and light. On the back cover an standard landscape with a tree, flowers and grass.

I used for the cover a green fabric that I found some time ago in a tapestry shop. To close the book diary, I used the same material and made a belt that closes with a buckle.

This is the book diary to keep records of your readings.
