Japanese tortoise binding

Red and brown are two colours that combine beautifully together. For this Japanese tortoise binding, I decided for this two colours. The size of the bind is perfect for a sketchbook, 22 x 22 cm (8,2 x 8,2 inches). The main image is again a group of old books (I like it), as looked through a window with a strange shape. The end paper is a watercolour worked with drops of wax. To protect the first page of the sketchbook I used a red cardboard of 1 mm.
